Electrical Energy have recently installed our solar system in Lancaster (16x 410w panels, invertor and battery bank) and have provided an excellent service throughout. We have had some unexpected issues with our flat roof, causing a delay to installation but they were on hand, often at unsociable hours to accomodate our ever changing schedule. This was one of the most expensive bits of our build overall so we were a little nervous about who to go with at first, but the whole sales, scheduling, installation and commissioning went really really well and we've already recommended Electrical Energy to people we know.

James, George, Matt & Josh arrived very promptly on the agreed time and date. They worked continuously and completed a tidy installation. At the completion they explained all the work carried out and gave me comprehensive instruction. Afterwards Jess, Matt & Danny patiently answered my queries. Later I had some adjustments to the charging rate by GivEnerg. have arrived on time together with Matt & Josh who worked continuously and completed an very tidy installation. Who explained all the work being carried out and checked my understanding of same .

The company installed my Giv Energy system and it been working perfect. Great workmanship. Great set of lads highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of having James & George install a Givenergy battery and commission my system. They where extremely polite proficient and professional. Would recommend them, and definitely use them again.

After searching online and having numerous visits from other companies we noticed a neighbour was having solar panels fitted. We emailed the company and Matt rang us a few hours later to make an appointment to come and discuss it with us. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Our neighbours told us they were very pleased with the service they had received so we decided to go ahead. The fitting team (Matt, George and James) turned up when we were told they would and worked tirelessly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. James even set up the apps on our mobile phones for us and explained how they worked. They left everything clean and tidy. They were very pleasant and well mannered. Great advice and prompt installation of the Givenergy AC inverter and batteries for both solar and grid charging. Really helpful in getting the cabling and new Consumer Unit scheduled in so we could have an EV charger in the next day too. Happy with performance so far thanks, would recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, from asking for a quote to get installed (within 6 weeks) is amazing when you do the research. The knowledge and helpfullyness of Matt who did the quote through to Matt, George and James the installation team I couldn't of ask for any more, not forgetting the office team who answered my queries very quickly and kept me up to date. I hope you continue to grow and prosper and I have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends.

Had these guys put my solar system in today 20/4/23 can definitely recommend them very professional tidy and very accommodating when it came to putting the kit where I wanted it giving advise where necessary they were more than helpful I will definitely be having them back when we can stretch to a few more panels to reduce fuel bills even further keep up the good work guys
